Sepide is the founder of Studio Shirini Bakery. She started her business in her own kitchen, baking cookies and cakes. Her idea was that everyone should be able to enjoy sweets while maintaining a healthy lifestyle, so she developed no-sugar nut based cookie recipes and butters. She also believes cookies should always be fresh, which inspired her idea of frozen, semi-baked cookies—allowing people to bake them at home and enjoy the fresh taste and smell of cookies straight from the oven.
