I’m Tahmineh Setoodeh, a UX/UI and Service Designer based in Rotterdam. I have 4 years of experience designing digital experiences across both corporate and freelance projects. My background blends UX, service design, and visual storytelling, all driven by a strong foundation in user research and design strategy.

I started my career in Milan, where I studied Product-Service System Design at Politecnico di Milano. Since then, I’ve worked across industries, from HR tech at Randstad to fashion tech startups like Wearout. I spent 2 years at Randstad as a global service designer, where I co-led international workshops, created journey frameworks, and built research-driven personas that helped shape strategic initiatives and digital tools for internal users. After that, I transitioned into freelance roles where I led end-to-end UX/UI projects, building interfaces, conducting usability tests, and helping startups define their brand identity and digital presence.
